Yes – it’s contractually fixed through a long-term leaseback with the hotel operator and independent of occupancy. Returns are paid annually.

How is the return secured?

When will Huus Quell and the residences be completed?

The hotel will open in October 2025. The residences will be completed in 2026 and 2027, delivered by experienced Swiss development partners.
